Do you charge in Dollars only?

We take payments in USD only. If you order from any other country, you will be charged at your country’s currency exchange rate of the day you order.

What are the ways to make payment?

We take payments from Amex credit cards. We also accept payments from PayPal. Cheques, Money orders, bank transfers, debit cards or Cash on delivery are not acceptable.

How secure is my online order?

All information is secured under SSL security. We never save your credit card information on our server.

How to cancel or change the orders?

We old all rights to accept or decline any placed order even if we have sent the order confirmation of the customer. If we cancel the order once the authorization has been made from credit card end, we will send the credit back to the original payment method.
Any order that has been packed or shipped already will not be canceled.

Is there any possibility of changing shipping detail once the order has been placed?

We advise our costumers to please be careful about the shipping address before placing the order, as no change in shipping will be allowed once the order has been processed or shipped.

How much time will delivery take?

We offer a standard shipping of 7-14 business days once your order has been processed and shipped. Tracking info will be sent to your email 24 hours after the shipping of your order.

How the order will be tracked?

You will receive tracking info on your email once the order gets shipped. It usually takes the minimum of 24 hours to get the tracking number, so you will receive the number after that. You can also send an email to oreo@medicosocks.com to receive the tracking status.

Do multiple discount coupons work on one order?

You can only apply one offer to one order unless you are notified to apply multiple discount codes.

What are the days for order processing?

All orders will be processed from Monday to Friday. All orders are processed within 2-3 working days from order date and are shipped within 24 hours after processing.
If you do not receive any tracking confirmation within 5 days of order placement, please contact us at oreo@medicosocks.com

Are customs and taxes applicable to the order?

The customs charges or import duties may be charged as per your local customs policies once the order arrives at the local destination.
These charges will be paid at your end and we hold no responsibility for such payments. We hold no responsibility for the delays caused due to Custom policies of your local office. We advise you to refer your local customs policies for more details.

Is the return of items allowed?

You can return any item within 60 days. Please read the return policies for more details.

How to report for the damaged or defective item?

You can contact us anytime for any issue related to the damaged or defective item. Please reach out to us at oreo@medicosocks.com. We work swiftly to tackle such issues.

How much time returning a product takes?

The return procedure usually takes around 14 days from the day you have returned the order. You will be notified through email once your return has been processed.

Is Shipping free?

We offer FREE shipping all across the United States.
